I am thrilled to have the opportunity to run the 2009 NYC Marathon in honor of my hero, Jimmy Regan. I am looking forward to raising money for the Lead the way Fund in hopes of carrying on Jimmy's legacy of both greatness and service. The path Jimmy chose was not the easy one, it was the hard one, the one he so truly believed in. I hope to carry his spirit, his smile and his courage with me while I run 26.2 miles. Thank you in advance for helping me rise to the occasion and supporting the LTWF, as 24 others and I run through New York City on November 1st!
